Supporting our fellow Keller Williams Agents, and helping them to succeed, is a culture we are proud of. We host a number of events and charities to promote the culture we believe in. One of these charities is called KW Cares, which helps benefit Keller Williams Agents in need.

KW Cares was instrumental in helping our fellow Agents who found themselves victims of Hurricane Katrina.

KW Cares funds were put to good use but even more, many Keller Williams Agents volunteered to give their time by helping to rebuild those lives devastated by this disaster.

Training

The KW Culture believes that we must learn if we are to succeed. Our training programs are frequent and free to all KW Agents, covering anything from inspections to contracts. Our culture gives everyone the same opportunity to become the Real Estate Professional they have dreamt of becoming. We have an "open door" policy and a mentoring program that provides assistance from Agents with more experience who believe in our culture and are willing to lend a helping hand to those who wish to succeed. I'd like to share a motto with you that reflects the Keller Williams philosophy, which is;
